Below you will find a list of most commonly asked questions about Moonstone Stitches! 

- How do I contact you with questions or concerns about my order?

All questions or concerns should be emailed to moonstonestitches@yahoo.com. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive a response. 

- What is your return policy?

All sales are final and there are no returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please send me an email within 2 days of receiving your order. 

- What are your processing and shipping times?

All orders will be processed and shipped within 15 business days except clothing and preorders, which will have a 4-6 week TAT. Current turn around time will also be listed at the top of the website. Shipping times depend on USPS, but currently customers are receiving their orders within 4 business days after shipping. 

*Due to shipping issues caused by Covid and Holiday delays, I can not guarantee TAT and will not refund orders due to shipping delays out of my control.*
